The Isle of Man is a bit of a hot spot for cool new artisan products. Its UNESCO Biosphere status has made its products more attractive to consumers outside of the Isle of Man. Helen (aka Hels) is both a beautiful and inspirational human. She as an opportunity to collect seawater just across the road from her house and turn it into sea salt. Manx seawater is used to create a great chunky salt crystal. The product is super high quality and I can see it being desirable to any high-end restaurant in the UK and beyond.

The salt is 100% made from Manx ingredients so I wanted to try and show both the salt and where it is made. People are starting to buy into a product’s story. They like to know where, how, and who is producing the product.
